Inteshar (Dispersion)
While watching news coverage of Varanasi blasts, Advani's new Yatra, and the fear of riots, I remembered first two lines of Kaifi's Inteshar peom:

I think Advani himself doesn't know what he should do and what shouldn't. This Yatra is a petty short term vision for a person aspiring to be PM.
BJP should jettison him if it wants to reach banks of power again.

Wish the issue dont spread as Communal problem. Hell with Advani's rath yatra. Dunno when indian politician move away from caste/religion based politics.

Politics reflect the society. Till in our major city we will have sponsored and planned ghetto of minority groups, society will remain communal.
Advani takes rath yatra, Congress proposes reservation, Mulayam Singh supports Muslim mafia and fanatics (for example the ease with which violence happened in Lucknow after
anti Bush protests), BSP supports anybody who can give them money.
Advani is not a lone figure. If he is communal, remember he also gets 26% of votes, so 26% population of this country is also communal.
In politial spectrum he is just the opposite side of same coin.
Hell with our major political parties (except Left).

I am happy about Left's non-communal agenda, but they have their own issues with globalisation and MNCs. Communism agenda is also dangerous in current i-am-in-a-global-village world.

Anurag: Qais was the name of the majnu. Majnu is not a name, it means insane. So Laila had only one popular lover :)
Ragzy: The way things are going, I do not think terrorism is going to end soon. Israeli way is definitely not a solution, even in Israel terrorist attack. I guess the best thing for a commoner will be to stand still and let the storm weather away.

this is the real world dear, not majnu's love story. this kind of fatalism will work in romantic stories not in real life.
well, alok the keyword was commoner. People like me and you should not let ourselves distract by these activities and get involve in abstract hatred propagation. Like middle of ahmedabad getting involved in riots.
In politics, many a times inaction is a good action. There is a great value in letting the situation be pro quo.
In real life every problem doesn't has a unique solution, sometimes there are many solutions and sometime no solution exist. So in case when no solution exist, its better to live with the problem than applying a bad solution.
